Mud is the product of long-term organic processes, a sediment that can be found in the bays and lakes of Estonia. Mud is is rich in terms of micro elements, humus acids and other bioactive substances. That is also what gives mud its distinct smell caused by hydrogen sulphide.
We reccomend this procedure to people who have rheumatic joint diseases in their legs. It also helps to alleviate localized traumas of leg bones, joints, muscles, nerves and post-surgical conditions.
The patient sits with their legs in a special bath that is filled with mud. The duration of procedure is 15 minutes and then the person will wahs their feet without soap. We recommend an hour of rest in a warm room after the procedure so the active ingridients can have a better effect.

Contraindications
This proceduce is not reccomended to people who might have sensitivity to active ingridients in the mud or who have conditions that are affected by the rise of the body temperature.
