Aromatherapy massage is a gentle massage with essential oils that balances the body, relaxes and helps the person to overcome their worries, releases internal tensions that would otherwise affect the body over time, and also has an effect on pre-existing physical problems.
Smooth, stroking and stretching movements help the aromatherapy oils to absorb. Each oil has its own effect on the physical body and the soul: calming, invigorating, purifying. The essential oils stay in the body for up to 72 hours, rejuvenating tissues and improving skin elasticity.
