1.1. The Sales Terms and Conditions apply to the legal relationships arising from the purchase of services through the booking environment for spa services (hereinafter referred to as the booking environment for spa services) between a person (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) and the owner of the booking environment for spa services, AS Sanatoorium Tervis (hereinafter referred to as the Tervis Medical Spa Hotel), address Seedri 6 Pärnu 80010, registry code 10044777.
1.2. In addition to these terms and conditions, legal relationships arising when purchasing services through the booking environment for spa services are regulated by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
1.3. Only legally capable persons aged at least 18 may make transactions in the booking environment for spa services. The person whose bank account or credit card was used to make the payment is responsible for the consequences of orders placed by a person who does not meet the requirements.
2.1. All prices are in euros and include VAT established in the Republic of Estonia. Prices shown in other currencies in the booking environment are for informational purposes only.
2.2. Please pay close attention to the selected pricing information. Prepayment is mandatory for all ordered products and services.
2.3. The Customer pays the full sales price for the order in advance. By paying the fee, the Customer confirms that they have read and accepted all terms and conditions made available by the service provider in the booking environment for spa services. Payment takes place outside the booking environment for spa services in a secure payment environment. Tervis Medical Spa Hotel does not have access to the Customer’s bank and credit card details.
3.1. When placing an order, please enter the information required in the booking environment for spa services. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation.
3.2. A bank card is required to place an order.
3.3. The subscription can be canceled up to 3 days (72 hours) before the start date of the service. To cancel your order, please send a message to: medic@spatervis.ee
When returning the advance payment, Tervis Medical Spa Hotel has the right to withhold 10% of the advance payment as a service fee.
3.4. To change your order, place a new order and cancel the previous one. When you place a new order, the price and availability may have changed.
3.5. In case of a later cancellation or no-show, Tervis Medical Spa Hotel has the right not to refund the prepaid amount. If Tervis Medical Spa Hotel has incurred any costs specifically related to your booking, these must be reimbursed.
3.6. If the Customer has withdrawn from the order in a timely manner, Tervis Medical Spa Hotel will refund the purchase amount to the Customer as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 calendar days of receiving the cancellation request to the email address medic@spatervis.ee. The refund will be made to the same bank account that was used to pay for the purchase.
4.1. Tervis Medical Spa Hotel processes personal data entered by the Customer in the booking environment for spa services (including name, telephone number, address, e-mail address, and telephone) primarily for the purpose of fulfilling the order and in accordance with the Tervis Medical Spa Hotel privacy policy http://www.spatervis.ee/ettevotestet/privaatsuspoliitika.
5.1. Disputes arising between the Customer and Tervis Medical Spa Hotel will be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement is not reached, the Customer has the right to contact the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority. Disputes and issues not covered by these terms and conditions will be resolved in accordance with the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
